How we Support You – Developing a Mindfulness Practice

Hub Practice Groups

Exclusively for Hub members (including those who have completed .begin) these Practice Groups are a chance to share practice. Hosted on Zoom, Hub Practice Groups are usually in the evening. The sessions last for about an hour.

One Day Retreats

Our One Day (5-hour) Retreats represent an opportunity to re-connect with your practice as part of a community of mindfulness practitioners. They are open to anyone who has completed a recognised 8-week adult mindfulness course.

Skills Workshops

At each stage of development from Step 2 onwards skills workshops provide ongoing exploration of how our personal mindfulness practice relates to our teaching. These 90 minute workshops will provide an opportunity to:

  • Look at the interconnection between our personal practice and teaching/working with young people
  • Explore a mindfulness based approach to communication and relationships – relational mindfulness
  • Build connections with others in this sector
  • Access expert guidance from experienced teachers and mindfulness teachers

#SchoolSitTogether

Schools Sit Together

MiSP #SchoolsSitTogether events bring our national and international community together online for a group mindfulness practice.

These termly events are in support of children’s mental health and raise awareness of the need for young people to develop skills to support their own wellbeing, both inside and out.
