.begin is an 8-week mindfulness course that allows you to learn mindfulness for yourself and to develop your own practice. The course is for parents or carers of a child or young person.

PLEASE NOTE: It is not a ‘how to parent’ course and nor does it involve training to teach mindfulness to young people or adults.

After a 45-60 minute orientation on Tuesday 7th May at 7.30pm .begin takes the form of 8 weekly sessions of approximately 90 minutes, from Tuesday 14th May at 7.30 – 9pm. There will also be home practice of around 20 minutes per day.
