If mindfulness is to become an established part of the education of children and young people, it is very important that the highest standards of professionalism and evidence-based integrity are maintained. We believe that this is in the interests of all those teaching mindfulness and the adults and young people learning it.
- A well-established daily mindfulness practice (including 20-30 minutes daily practice in the six months prior to the Teach .b Foundations 6-day Residential Training).
- Trained to teach .b or Paws b.
- Taught either .b or Paws b at least twice.
- Employed in a school or educational organisation where you will teach .b Foundations (rather than being contracted in as an external trainer/consultant).
