Mindfulness in Schools Project is inviting everyone to
join us in a daily mindfulness practice online.
These drop-in sessions are intended to nourish, support and connect us with each other through these unprecedented times.
Sessions open to everyone (adults and children) will be every weekday:
- Mondays: 11.00am
- Tuesday: 11.00am
- Wednesdays: 11.00am
- Thursdays: 11.00am
- Fridays: 11.00am
Sessions for adults and older children with some experience of mindfulness practice and slightly longer periods of silence will be held on the following evenings:
- Tuesday: 7.30pm
- Thursday: 7.30pm
Each session will last 20-30 minutes. Join us every day, or when you can, or when you need to. We will be here.
Anyone! Whether you are completely new to mindfulness or already have experience of mindfulness practice, these sits offer a chance to have a daily pause, to refocus on how we can best take care of ourselves and, in turn, of others.
Join us with the children and young people in your care, your family, your housemates, your colleagues or just by yourself.
Please just be aware that these sessions are aimed at adults, and any children attending must be with an adult.
‘Sit Together’ sessions will be accessed via Zoom – an online platform that allows us to both see and hear each other, including our key training team members who will guide you through a practice and channel any discussion that might follow.
