Hub Practice Groups

MiSP Hub Practice Groups are online group mindfulness practices and discussions for MiSP Hub members.

“Mindfulness is having such an amazing impact on how I live my life. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share practice with other hub members.”

“I have to say, if it wasn’t for the sitting group I am not sure I would have felt confident to deliver the training, however talking to other practitioners in the break-out rooms has spurred me on, so a big ‘thank you’ to MiSP and for providing this connection.”

These sessions provide deeper mindfulness practice and discussion for more experienced practitioners.

Hub Practice Groups occur twice a month apart from in August. Please see our Course Schedule for upcoming dates and times.

To register for a Hub Practice Group you will need to sign into your Hub account and click on the appropriate link on the Hub Practice Groups page. You will then receive a meeting link via email.

These groups are open to anyone who has attended MiSP .begin, .b Foundations, another approved 8-week course, or curricula training courses AND is a current MiSP Hub member. We give a warm welcome to newcomers as well as our regulars!

If you’d like to know more about Hub benefits, please see the Join The Hub page.

Sessions will be accessed via Zoom – an online platform that allows us to both see and hear each other, including our key training team members who will guide you through a practice and channel any discussion that might follow.

If you don’t already have the Zoom app, you can download it for free here. Once installed on your device, simply click on the meeting link provided by MiSP at the allocated time, and we will take care of the rest. There is a useful video tutorial on how to join a meeting here.
