HOW TO FUND MINDFULNESS COURSES
Our charitable aim is to bring mindfulness to young people. To further this aim we offer various ways to fund places on our courses. There are also many other ways to release resources for mindfulness training.
We offer free 45-minute live, online, Information Webinars to support those interested in finding out how to bring mindfulness to their school, this will be followed by a 15 minute Q & A session.
Our termly, online, one-day teacher retreats are open to anyone who is working in an education or a schools-related context, and has completed a recognised eight-week adult mindfulness course.
SCHOOLS SIT TOGETHER
Our #SchoolsSitTogether events bring our national and international community together online for a group mindfulness practice. These termly events are in support of children’s mental health and raise awareness of the need for young people to develop skills to support their own wellbeing.
