SML Practice Groups

MiSP SML Practice Groups are online group mindfulness practices and discussions for MiSP Hub members who have completed the School Mindfulness Lead course.

WHAT?

An hour of deeper mindfulness practice and discussion for more experienced practitioners.

WHEN?

SML Practice Groups occur regularly and are usually in the evening. The sessions last for about an hour.

HOW?

To register for an SML Practice Group you will need to sign into your Hub account and click on the appropriate link on the Calendar of SML Practice Groups page. You will then receive a meeting link via email.

WHO?

These sits are open to anyone who has attended the MiSP School Mindfulness Lead training course and is a current MiSP Hub member.

If you’d like to know more about Hub benefits, please see the Join The Hub page.

WHERE?

Sessions will be accessed via Zoom – an online platform that allows us to both see and hear each other, including our key training team members who will guide you through a practice and channel any discussion that might follow.

If you don’t already have the Zoom app, you can download it for free here. Once installed on your device, simply click on the meeting link provided by MiSP at the allocated time, and we will take care of the rest. There is a useful video tutorial on how to join a meeting here.

JOIN THE HUB

Once you have trained to teach any of our curricula, you have six months of automatic access to The Hub from which you can download all the resources associated with that curriculum. MiSP continues to develop The Hub with updated versions of the curricula and additional resources added on a regular basis.
