Step 3 – Develop Mindfulness

Developing a model for teaching mindfulness to students – Once you have developed a regular mindfulness meditation practice and experienced it yourself ‘from the inside’, you are ready to train to teach either dots (for 3-6 year olds), Paws b (for 7-11 year olds) or .b (for 11 to 18 year olds).


Teach dots prepares participants who have met the prerequisites to teach the dots mindfulness curriculum in schools, pre-schools or other educational organisations to children aged 3 – 6 years olds. Teach dots is a four-day online course (usually 10.00-15.00 each day) or an 8-week course with sessions of 2 hours per week.

Teach Paws b prepares participants who have met the prerequisites to teach the Paws b mindfulness curriculum in schools or other educational settings to children aged 7 – 11 years olds. Teach Paws b is a four-day online course (usually 10.00-15.00 each day) or an 8-week course with sessions of 2 hours per week..
