Announcing an exciting new collaboration with The Present for Schools

Mindfulness in Schools Project is delighted to announce a new collaboration with the long-standing and well-respected not-for-profit organisation, The Present Courses CIC.

What is The Present?

The Present is a spiral curriculum for children aged 3-12 and the adults working with them, developed by internationally renowned mindfulness teacher/trainer, Sarah Silverton, school teacher, Tabitha Sawyer, and neuroscientist, Dusana Dorjee.

As many in our community will know, The Present was initially developed to complement MiSP’s courses. We’re sure you’ll join us in celebrating this collaboration and our curricula now sitting officially side-by-side.

MiSP is honoured to be the official provider of The Present for Schools courses and would encourage our community to consider joining the training to develop the mindfulness offer in their setting further and enrich their existing practice.

With an emphasis not so much on what we do but how we do it, and bringing more awareness to weaving mindfulness practice to daily life in our settings, The Present offers a wonderful next step in particular for our trained teacher community.

When does it start?

The first course to be delivered as part of this collaboration will take place online, 2-5 July 2024. Please join us if you can!

Who can apply?
